The Economics and Business Management Department of Ripon College is seeking qualified applicants for a non-tenure track part-time adjunct instructor to teach a 4-credit hour Human Resources Management course during the Spring 2023 semester, beginning in January. This introductory course is at the sophomore level and is open to Business Management majors and non-majors. The course will be taught in person and the instructor will be expected to facilitate an engaging and active learning environment.
Compensation:
$4,000 ($1,000 per credit hour).
Preferred qualifications:
• A master’s degree in a related field
• Professional experience in human resources management
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
