The Economics and Business Management Department of Ripon College is seeking qualified applicants for a non-tenure-track part-time adjunct instructor to teach a 4-credit hour Introduction to Management course during the Spring 2025 semester, from mid-January through early May. This introductory course is at the first-year level and is open to Business Management majors and non-majors. The course will be taught in person and the instructor will be expected to facilitate an engaging and active learning environment.
Compensation: $4,400 ($1,100 per credit hour).
Preferred qualifications:
- A master’s degree in a related field
- Professional experience in business management or administration
- Experience as a teacher or trainer
