As a Administrative Assistant – Equipment, your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day administrative support under minimal supervision having strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and, project a professional image.

WHAT IT TAKES:

  •          High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  •          Microsoft Suite proficiency
  •          Associate’s Degree (preferred)
  •          Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (preferred)
  •          Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise (preferred)
  •          Notary Public licensure or the ability to be trained and licensed as a Notary Public (preferred)·
