As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to support a variety of divisions across the Michels Family of Companies, as well as managing the office buildings. The Administrative Assistant must demonstrate the ability to develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow. Critical for success is the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
  • Communication skills, both oral and written
