How you will contribute:
We are looking to add a self-motivated, experienced Applications Support Specialist in our IT Department. The Support Specialist will plan, develop, and implement improvements and upgrades as well as provide second-level support for the company construction management and service ERP system. Responsibilities will also include functional testing, specification and documentation of system enhancements and upgrades, managing vendor support resources as well as troubleshooting and resolution of data and systems problems. The person in this position will grow to understand the business and processes supported by the software packages and apply that knowledge to educate and assist users in finding efficient ways to meet their needs.
What you need to qualify:
Qualified candidates will understand software configuration and database structures, be organized and methodical, possess a related degree in an IT program, and have 1-2+ years of related support experience. Basic SQL and strong troubleshooting skills are a must as well as the ability to work directly with end users and software vendors on problems and projects.
