Kondex Corporation is looking for Assembly Techs to join the Sickle Assembly department.
Current openings on 1st shift & 2nd shift
Current mandatory overtime hours:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and every other Saturday from 5:00 am to 11:00 am.
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am and every other Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic manual assembly using pneumatic and hand tools.
- Reading prints and routings.
- Performing basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices.
- Wrapping completed products in preparation for shipment.
- Closing orders in computer system.
- Perform manual material handling.
- Performing 5S activities, including limited preventative maintenance on equipment.
Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred.
