The Marian University Athletic Department maintains a pool of qualified candidates from which part-time temporary staff may be hired. Successful applicants become members of a pool eligible to be hired based on the needs of the department, funding, and availability of the applicant.

Work type: Temporary Part-time

The Athletic Program at Marian University is continually accepting applications for part-time temporary assistant coaches in the following sports/areas:

  • Men’s Basketball
  • Men’s Golf
  • Men’s Hockey
  • Men’s Lacrosse
  • Men’s Soccer
  • Men’s Tennis
  • Softball
  • Track & Field/Cross Country
  • Women’s Basketball
  • Women’s Golf
  • Women’s Field Hockey
  • Women’s Hockey
  • Women’s Soccer
  • Women’s Tennis

Responsibilities: Assistant Coaches assist Head Coach or Trainer with team practices, games, recruitment, and other administrative functions as needed on a temporary basis.

Requirements: Assistant Coaches must have experience competing and/or coaching at the high school or collegiate level.
