WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
  • Assist with collecting data from balance sheets, profit and loss and financial statements to report out
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Complies with legal and accepted accounting policies and requirements
  • Assist with managing inventory costs and all variances to standard
  • Assist with providing special analysis for operations
  • Assist with financial and tax audits
  • Summarize financial status by collecting data from balance sheets, profit and loss and financial statements
  • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
  • Performs variance analysis and prepares account reconciliations
  • Make recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures
  • Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses
  • Provide special analysis for operations
  • Provide support and serves as back up to the Controller as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience of five (5) to seven (7) years of finance or accounting experience preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
