Members enjoy the use of an eighteen-hole golf course and swimming pool facilities, as well as bar, restaurant, and banquet facilities. Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Director to join our team and lead all aspects of beverage service at South Hills Golf and Country Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in bar service management. As the Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, from drink menu planning to inventory control and staff management. Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the clubs bar operations, including drink menu planning, beverage preparation, and bar presentation.
  • Manage bar operations, including ordering and inventory control, to ensure efficient use of resources and a high-quality experience for members and guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of bar staff to ensure excellent hospitality and a positive work environment.
  • Hiring and training new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bar service management.
  • Strong knowledge of service safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership, team management skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with inventory control and ordering.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks such as scheduling and employee relations.
  • A passion for bar service, hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

COMPENSATION:

Salary range commensurate with experience $45,000-$55,000
Plus gratuity and tip average $15,000-$25,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
