As a Bid Coordinator, you will effectively communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay abreast of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer.  The ability to work within a fast-paced environment is a necessity, while having a basic knowledge of contract language is ideal.

What it takes:

  • Previous contracts role experience, as well as an exposure to the construction industry 
  • Applicants must have demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and previous experience with online billing systems is ideal
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask as well as handle tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
