Lutheran Homes and Health Services, is looking for qualified, dedicated and compassionate RA’s or C.N.A’s to join our team. Lutheran Homes and Health Services, is a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility that cares for the seniors within the community.

The ideal candidate understands that while companionship is a part of your job, it is only a small part. Being a C.N.A can be a difficult but rewarding job that requires dedication to be successful. Care-giving requires patience and professionalism to ensure needs are met and the resident are comfortable in your care.

Full and part time openings

  • Full or part time-Night shift – 10pm-6am (every other weekend and every other holiday required)
  • Full time-PM shift – 2pm-10pm (every other weekend and every other holiday required)
  • Part time-AM shift – 6am-2pm (every other weekend and every other holiday required)

  • Current WI C.N.A license OR willing to pursue
  • Ability to work independently

  • Must be 18 to work in the assisted living facility
