Responsibilities 

  • Determines Feasibility of Repair versus Replacement of Parts 
  • Writes Estimates and Invoices for Repairs 
  • Prepares Documentation for and Communicates with Insurance Companies 
  • Communicates the Status of Repairs with Customers 
  • Maintains a Clean and Orderly Workspace 
  • Maneuvers Around and Underneath Vehicles 
  • Instills Confidence in Customers Regarding Repair Procedures and Timelines 

Qualifications 

  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Strong Background in Customer Service 
  • Fast Learner with a Problem-Solving Attitude 
  • Strong Attention to Detail 
  • Organized 
  • Good Communication Skills 
  • Ability to Properly Interpret Documents
