With the consolidation and expansion of the Holiday Automotive Collision and Glass Center, comes the opportunity to add to our upbeat and talented team.  As a Collision Repair Estimator, you’ll work alongside a talented team of technicians and colleagues in our spacious, state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility.  We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, hard-working, upbeat individual to directly communicate with customers whose vehicles need collision repair.  Holiday’s award-winning culture emphasizes the importance of respect, teamwork, and appreciation for the things each team member does day-in and day-out.  We can train the right person to do this job with excellence.

  • Determines Feasibility of Repair versus Replacement of Parts 
  • Writes Estimates and Invoices for Repairs 
  • Prepares Documentation for and Communicates with Insurance Companies 
  • Communicates the Status of Repairs with Customers 
  • Maintains a Clean and Orderly Workspace 
  • Maneuvers Around and Underneath Vehicles 
  • Instills Confidence in Customers Regarding Repair Procedures and Timelines 


  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Strong Background in Customer Service 
  • Fast Learner with a Problem-Solving Attitude 
  • Strong Attention to Detail 
  • Organized 
  • Good Communication Skills 
  • Ability to Properly Interpret Documents
