General Accountabilities in this Role:

• Day-to-day technical hardware and software support for all users
• Create troubleshooting guides for repeat issues
• General installation of both computers and cables

Summary Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of most of the following (in order of importance):

  • Computer Hardware (Components, Ports, Peripherals, etc.)
  • Microsoft 365
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Active Directory Domain Services
  • Intune MDM
  • Exchange Online
  • Network Services (DNS, DHCP, Routing, etc.)
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Hyper-V
  • SIP Phone Systems
  • VPN/IPSec

• Physical ability to climb and stoop to spots where cables need to be installed
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
