Northcentral Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join
our exceptional team. As a Construction Site Manager, you will play a crucial role on the job site,
ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of exceptional projects.
Based in Fond du Lac, WI, Northcentral Construction is a reputable General Contractor that places
utmost importance on the success of our clients, employees, and subcontractors. As a valued
member of our team, you will work alongside professionals who share a common goal of building
exceptional projects while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
Our Site Managers play a critical role in ensuring jobsite safety by enforcing company policies,
implementing preventive measures, and documenting incident reports. They are responsible for
communicating with subcontractors, collaborating with the Project Manager to optimize project
efficiency, and providing direction to on-site crews to ensure project adherence to specifications.
Additionally, Site Managers represent the company at onsite meetings, facilitate progress meetings,
troubleshoot coordination issues, interpret plans to subcontractors, write daily job reports, review
shop drawings, and prepare purchase orders for materials. They work closely with the Northcentral
Leadership Team to schedule workers and equipment, procure necessary materials, monitor project
progress, and ensure project punch lists are completed to customer and architect satisfaction.
Occasional overnight travel may be necessary as our projects span across the state of Wisconsin.

To be considered for this position, a minimum of five years of construction management experience
or equivalent is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must
possess self-motivation, strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management skills, and a
commitment to providing superb follow-up. A desire to be part of a growing construction company
and contribute to its success is also paramount.
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of construction experience
Ability to travel
Drivers license
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
