WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Responsible for the preparation of liquor license holds and releases
  • Responsible for applying and processing corporate customer payments
  • Responsible for processing electronic deposits (Fintech/Badger Pay)
  • Verify bank deposits for Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) and data entry documentation
  • Set-up and approve new customers for Fintech and IControl
  • Provides issue resolution support to customers as well as internal sales and delivery teams
  • Monitor Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks by documenting details, notifying the customer and updating the sales representative
  • Maintains accounts receivable for various chain divisions
  • Review and set up electronic payment options for customers
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and develop/provide change management training
  • Answers and resolves questions from customer accounts, sales teams and delivery teams
  • Maintain accounts receivable for various chain accounts
  • Responsible for running credit checks on all new customers
  • Assist with the training and onboarding new Sales Representatives in regards to the Credit Policy
  • Process Special Sale Invoices
  • Back-up to Credit Supervisor as needed
  • May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience of three (3) to five (5) years of credit experience required
  • Experience in a distribution and/or sales environment preferred
