Description
The Customer Service Representative will work under the supervision of the General Manager, to provide quotations, order entry, expediting, RMA processing, other functions and services for customers and prospects of Guenther Supply. Particular emphasis will be on the pipe fabrication market.
Required Experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of business math
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other software applications
- Piping industry knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Good communication skills; ability to build relationships
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated; fast learner
- Service-minded and aggressive
- Enthusiasm, courtesy and articulation
- Belief in teamwork concept
