Digital Content Creator


WiLL is seeking a Digital Content Creator, who will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our brand’s digital presence with a large emphasis on video production. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, producing, and editing daily video content that resonates with our customers, fellow manufacturers, and the greater community as a whole. Your creative vision, technical skills, and ability to tell captivating stories through video and other digital media forms will be essential in advancing WiLL’s mission and vision.

  • Video Production: Create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. This includes shooting, editing, and post-production work. Some travel is required for video shoots, etc. 
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate across multiple teams to develop video and digital content strategies that support our overall marketing and branding objectives.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee and maintain video and camera equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Visual Design: Ensure that videos are visually appealing and on-brand, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
  • Editing: Edit video content, adding effects, graphics, and music to create engaging and polished final products.
  • Platform Optimization: Adapt video content for various digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, and our website.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and production teams to create cohesive content and campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or proven self-taught track record  with demonstrated experience and success in video production and content creation
  • Proficiency with video editing software, the Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace, with the ability to evaluate, learn and operate new software and programs
  • A deep understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and the ability to translate concepts into captivating video content
  • Experience managing digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with demonstrated energy, initiative, and ability to hit goals
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest or background in technology, computers, etc. is a requirement
  • Strong work ethic, passion, positive energy, and desire to learn every day
