Position Summary & Responsibilities:
· Lead Brunswick internal stakeholders & subject matter experts through large digital thread & digital twin transformation journeys.
· Establish the right digital transformation strategies, capabilities & technologies to meet MFG needs & drive business outcomes.
· Ability to provide thought leadership as an Industry expert in the digital manufacturing domain.
· Ability to drive discussions with manufacturing & engineering teams to collect detailed requirements and translate them to techno-functional user stories.
· Ability to take current and future manufacturing applications and provide architectural drawings showing the connections to other applications and infrastructure supporting the application.
· Drive out-of the box Teamcenter manufacturing solution wherever possible while incorporating Brunswick specific business requirements.
· Lead requirements grooming sessions & technical design strategies with MFG and PLM development team.
· Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to develop digital manufacturing roadmap at an enterprise level.
· Maintain a regular cadence working with Siemens Product manager/representative to align Brunswick’s Digital manufacturing solution with the future versions of Siemens Manufacturing/Easy Plan.
· Guide the design of the overall software architecture and ensure software quality, effectiveness, performance, and reliability.
· Work with key IT stakeholders to develop Mfg infrastructure & provide hardware sizing guidelines as needed.
· Work closely with Program Managers, Business Analysts /Enterprise Architects/Developers and support them for project estimates, developing prototypes, and implementing quality solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree required, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/ engineering intensive industry, preferred.
· Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Mfg solutions with extensive experience in implementing or working with PINpoint, Ignition, VKS, Tulip, and other mfg and MES software’s.
· Knowledge in item & BOM Mgmt, Document Mgmt, Change Mgmt, and ERP, PLM, and MES integrations.
· Strong knowledge of Manufacturing engineering concepts, Manufacturing BOM, Plant structure, Process structure, Variants management is a must.
· Prior experience implementing Digital Manufacturing using Teamcenter Manufacturing is required.
· Experience in implementing or working with Teamcenter Easy Plan is a preferred skillset.
· Ability to map business requirements to technical requirements, solutions and designing manufacturing application landscape.
· Capability of developing migration strategies from legacy solutions into modern manufacturing/PLM Systems.
· People management experience in managing & leading large teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a plus.
