The Arc has several different departments in search of Direct Support Professionals. All positions require a candidate who is compassionate, enthusiastic, and believes in every person’s unique abilities. The job requires assisting persons with IDD in independent skill building, personal cares, providing engaging activities, and assisting participants with access to the greater community.
