WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Assist Driver in the delivery of products to customers
  • Assist Driver with check in process at customer account
  • Assemble customer orders and place product in storage or account specific designated areas
  • Partners with Drivers to acquire delivery schedules and communicates delays, arrivals and/or equipment problems as encountered
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback and communication to management
  • Comply with company safety standards, Department of Transportation regulations, Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations and warehouse delivery policies and procedures
  • Adhere to internal training outlined by your supervisor, such as Badger University, Driver Ambassador Program, etc.
  • Assist Driver with keeping interior and exterior of truck clean and organized
  • Daily compliance with electronic driver logs, if applicable
  • May assist in warehouse when needed
  • Fill in as a Driver as needed, following Driver accountabilities and responsibilities
  • May be required to attend company meetings on non-scheduled work days
  • Required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, may include nights, weekends and holidays
  • May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred
  • Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Experience in a distribution and/or sales environment preferred
