Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting engineering on new and existing projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exposure to different engineering disciplines.
- Assist engineering teams with various projects.
- Other job activities as assigned.
Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, automotive experience, and communication skills
Equipment Used:
- Measuring equipment such as micrometer, calipers, and pin gages
- Lab (vision system, microscope, X-Ray) and toolroom (rock saw, drill press, grinder) equipment
- Lab evaluation equipment such as power supply, waveform generator, oscilloscope DMM and LCR meter
- Computer, telephone, and other misc. office equipment
Personal Protective Equipment/Clothing Required (PPE):
- Safety glasses and hearing protection as required.
- ESD smock and grounding equipment as required.
