Overview
The Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Intern will be a part of the Environmental, Health, & Safety Department. The EHS Intern will be responsible for providing specific project support. This internship is planned to start in Fall 2022, Spring 2023 (flexible around class schedules) and go through Summer 2022 (full-time opportunities available following graduation). This internship will take place in Ripon, WI.
Responsibilities
- Streamlining learning management system
- Improving recycling and waste management program(s)
- Conducting Ergonomic Evaluations and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Safety, Environmental or a combination (preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting
