The candidate should understand engineering principles and codes for a wide variety of site planning and land development type projects and be creative in their ability to produce efficient designs to minimize construction costs. Responsibilities would include planning/drafting site layouts, preparation of construction documents using AutoCAD (site planning) and Civil 3D(land development, streets, utilities), and preparation of technical reports/plans such as stormwater management plans. Other qualifications include a strong AutoCAD/Civil3D background, solid written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Successfully passed PE Exam, preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in site planning and land development.
