The Facility Maintenance team is responsible for the general care and maintenance of the buildings and equipment on the Holiday Automotive campus. This full-time team member is generally on premises from Monday through Friday 7:00am until 3:30 pm. Responsibilities
- Perform Various Facility Repairs and Maintenance Requirements
- Troubleshoot and Diagnose Issues on Machinery and Equipment and Perform Timely Electrical, Mechanical, and General Repairs
- Establish Appropriate Maintenance Frequency and Perform Preventive Maintenance on Machines within the Facilities
- Assist in the Replacement of Equipment When Upgrades are Made
- Make Recommendations, Assist and Supervise Outside Contractors Working on Campus
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
- Experience in an Industrial Maintenance Environment
- Friendly and Thorough Communication Skill
- Ability to Read and Write in English, and to Interpret Blueprints and Shop Drawings
- Diligence in Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Area
- Ability to Keep Accurate Records of Testing, Repair, and Maintenance
- Organized and Able to Multitask
- A Focus on Safety, Health, Quality, and Efficiency
- Must Obtain and Keep Current Forklift and Other Material Handling Equipment Certification
- Current State-Issued Driver’s License and the Ability to Maintain an Insurable Driving Record
