WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Analyzes and identifies trends/opportunities and partners with cross-functional teams to improve and generate efficiencies. 
  • Lead, communicate and execute the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
  • Provide timely, accurate, consistent, and complete financial information and insights for making sound business decisions
  • Analyze results and planning positions to ensure appropriateness, provide insights/recommendations and lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams
  • Present results and recommendations to executive leadership in a meaningful and concise manner
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to advance the finance & accounting function
  • Identify and implement reporting and analysis best practices
  • Perform special project, “deeper”, ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and team by exemplifying a customer focus approach
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to support FP&A activities while serving as a subject matter expert to users across the organization
  • Support the financial close process as requested
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive FP&A experience
  • A broad understanding of finance and business operations
