WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Analyzes and identifies trends/opportunities and partners with cross-functional teams to improve and generate efficiencies.
- Lead, communicate and execute the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
- Provide timely, accurate, consistent, and complete financial information and insights for making sound business decisions
- Analyze results and planning positions to ensure appropriateness, provide insights/recommendations and lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams
- Present results and recommendations to executive leadership in a meaningful and concise manner
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to advance the finance & accounting function
- Identify and implement reporting and analysis best practices
- Perform special project, “deeper”, ad-hoc analysis as required
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and team by exemplifying a customer focus approach
- Lead the adoption of new technologies to support FP&A activities while serving as a subject matter expert to users across the organization
- Support the financial close process as requested
- Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive FP&A experience
- A broad understanding of finance and business operations
