Your mission – should you choose to accept it – will be to greet members and guests with a smile, answer incoming calls and route them to the required specialists, assist members with basic transactions, give guidance on using the lobby coin machine, distribute mail, and assist with other Credit Union projects.
Fond du Lac Credit Union has been providing financial services to members since 1954. While many businesses have gone to automated phone systems, for us it’s a priority to have a “real person” be the first point of contact when people call. We believe people like to talk to people.
What we need from you:
- A smiling face
- An outgoing personality
- A great attitude
- Patience and empathy
- And at least one year of experience answering a multi-line phone system. (Customer service experience in a retail or financial environment would be great & general office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams would be a definite plus.)
