Your leadership role is instrumental in creating great guest experiences for every service visitor. You’ll lead a fast-paced team of highly skilled automotive technicians and service advisors in providing expert repairs, communication, and hospitality for guests of Holiday Automotive.

  • Generate and Continually Strive to Increase Labor Sales 
  • Set Individual and Total Shop Sales Objectives  
  • Hire and Train Service Advisors 
  • Maintain Daily Sales and Production Records 
  • Review Sales Performance and Evaluate Advisors Regularly 
  • Ensure that Proper Service Sales Processes are Being Used 
  • Train Service Sales Staff to Promote Superior Guest Satisfaction Scores 
  • Train the Team to Tactfully Handle Guest Inconveniences, Misunderstandings, and Complaints to Promote a Long-Term Guest Relationship 
  • Ensure that Every Service Employee is Courteous to all Guests 
  • Directly Handle Complaints Promptly, and with Genuine Concern for the Guest 
  • Maintain a Production Team That can perform all Types of Maintenance and Repair on the Products the Dealership Sells 
  • Ensure that all the Necessary Shop Equipment is in Proper and Safe Working Condition  
  • Review and Respond to Technical Bulletins from the Manufacturer 
  • Create and control budgets for personnel and other expenses normally administered by service management. 
  • Handle and Report any Situation that Jeopardizes the Safety, Welfare, or Integrity of the Dealership, its Employees, or Guests 
  • Maintain a High Level of Cleanliness and Security in the Shop, Reception, Waiting Areas, and Parking Lot 
  • Meet with the Fixed Operations Director to Review Service Department Performance, Set Performance Objectives, and Discuss Departmental Matters 


  • Ability to Lead by Example and Inspire those Around you 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Experience in Automotive Maintenance and Repair Setting 
  • 2+ Years of Previous Automotive Repair Facility Leadership  
  • Friendly Attitude, Team-Focus, and an Obsession with Great Guest Service 
  • Strong Organizational, Computer, and Time Management Skills 
  • Current Driver’s License with the Ability to Maintain a Good Driving Record
