We are hiring a Human Resources Intern to work in our Fond du Lac office. This position will require 15 to 20 hours per week on-site in the office between our office hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, depending on our Intern’s school schedule.


How you will contribute: 

As a Human Resources Intern, you are responsible for completing, checking, and/or processing forms and documents related to specific Human Resources programs. You will gain exposure to employee rewards, learning and development, recruitment, and employee relations.


This Is What We Are Looking for:

  • Offers general support to HR Department including assisting HR Business Partners with questions on programs or processes within their purview.
  • Processes and prepares professional, error-free paperwork and correspondence.
  • Maintains and ensures accurate data in the HR Department’s HRIS and filing systems.
  • Responds to all verbal and written employment verification requests.
  • Processes new hire and termination paperwork including the hiring and termination of employees relative to systems and benefits.
  • Provides overflow support to Recruiter and HR Specialist duties.
  • Responsible for all aspects of safety, continuous improvement/efficiency improvement, and adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.


What you need to qualify:

  • Pursuing a post-secondary degree; preferably in Human Resources.
  • One year of general office experience preferred
  • Graduating in December 2024 or later
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have great customer service skills and be able to handle confidential information and sensitive situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail.
