Fond du Lac
Over 87% of our interns rate their experience with us as well above average. That’s because we take care to ensure that your classroom learning is used on real projects.
In 2020, Ahern was named the ENR Midwest Specialty Contractor of the Year. Building this first-class reputation in the industry since 1880 did not happen by chance. It has developed over time through our commitment to conducting business ethically and by providing continuous learning, improvement, and development opportunities for our number one asset, employees. You owe it to yourself to find out what Ahern has to offer!
We are hiring an artificial intelligence (AI) and automation intern to work in our Fond du Lac headquarters.
How You Will Contribute
As an automation intern, you will have the chance to work on various projects that are meaningful and impactful for the business. You will be responsible for designing and developing process automations using UiPath, a leading robotic process automation (RPA) tool, as well as other software solutions. You will also join a new and innovative team that will explore and research the latest technologies and trends in automation and AI. You will receive training and guidance as needed to help you succeed in these technologies. This internship will allow you to collaborate with business users, understand their automation needs and requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Need to Qualify
To be eligible for this internship, you should have completed at least two years of college coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a high standard of quality. Having experience with RPA tools or knowledge of AI concepts and frameworks would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
What’s in it for you?
Ahern offers a structured, hands-on and challenging internship experience. Interns are treated like entry level full-time employees. Talented, results-minded Interns step to the front of the line for full-time positions.
