We are hiring a Service Sales Intern to work in our Appleton, WI or Fond du Lac, WI office. Preferred candidates would be able to work PT during the Fall/Spring semester and Full Time in the Summer of 2023.
How you will contribute:
This is a great opportunity to develop and improve your sales skills in the below ways:
- Learning the service offerings.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Educating new and existing customers of our service offerings.
- Creating customer prospect lists.
- Cold calling and business development.
- Quoting work to new and existing customers.
- Following up and closing sales.
The above-described skills will be fine-tuned while being mentored and working within the service sales team.
What you need to qualify:
Candidates should be in the area in order to work year-round. Candidates should be currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful but not required. A desire for business development, customer service and a desire to win is a must. The ability to work 12-20 hours per week during the school year and full-time in summer is preferred. Candidates should possess strong computer and customer service skills as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
