Additional responsibilities will include evaluating company licensing needs and presenting solutions to maintain compliance, researching and interpreting state and municipal licensing statutes, rules, and regulations, and creating and maintaining a comprehensive licensing database. You will also ensure all-inclusive and user-friendly application and reporting. This role requires direct communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding the projects that you are working on.  You will work directly under the supervision of the General Counsel and work collaboratively with the rest of the Ahern legal team.

What you need to qualify:

The ideal candidate for this role will have 1-2 years of previous licensing experience, proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, and an ability to interpret state and municipal regulations and laws.
