Machine Operator II, Lawn & Turf (Hollow Tines)

Kondex Corporation is looking to add a Machine Operator to the Lawn & Turf department.
Current opening on 2nd shift:
Monday through Thursday 2:30 pm to midnight and Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
(Hours can fluctuate depending on customer requirements and training needs.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set-up and operate equipment in the hollow tines area.
2. Read prints and routings.
3. Follow established machine settings and parameters.
4. Perform lock-out tag-out on equipment.
5. Perform basic to complex inspections using hand-held measuring devices.
6. Perform preventative maintenance on machines per instructions.
7. Perform 5S activities within the cell.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
2. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, prints, and inspection criteria.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Prior manufacturing and machine operation experience is preferred.
