Kondex Corporation is looking to add Machine Operators to the Sickle Sections department.
Current openings on 1st & 2nd shift:
Current mandatory overtime hours:
1st shift – Monday through Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and every other Saturday 5:00 am to 11:00 am. 2nd shift – Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am and every other Saturday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn how to set-up and operate equipment such as blanking presses, mills, heat treat equipment, and robotic machines.
- Read prints and routings.
- Follow established machine settings and parameters.
- Perform lock-out tag-out on equipment.
- Perform basic to complex inspections using hand-held measuring devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines per instructions.
- Perform 5S activities within the cell.
Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, prints, and inspection criteria.
- Ability to learn how to operate more complex equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior manufacturing and machine operation experience.
