Marketing Coordinator


WiLL is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies at a leading Wisconsin manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, engage with our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of our sales/marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote WiLL’s full catalog of lighting and technology products/services.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital content creation.
  • Support the planning and execution of traditional marketing efforts, such as promotional materials, press releases, event coordination, and tradeshow planning.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of traditional marketing principles and tactics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. 
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related field is a plus.

Note: This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who demonstrate a strong passion for marketing and are eager to learn.
