The Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern specializing in Content to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, and various special projects that drive our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Intern reports to the Digital Marketing Specialist and will collaborate with the marketing and project management team. 

Things you’ll do to rock this role:

Email Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, and managing subscriber lists.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Social Media Execution:

  • Develop  and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
  • Collaborate on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth.

Reporting / Analytics

  • Pull and organize data from email marketing, social media platforms, and other digital tools for regular reporting.

Special Projects

  • Participate in various marketing projects as needed, which may include market research, event planning, or promotional campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.

Qualifications That Move Us!

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their respective audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Team  player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Value Added Skills:

  • Assist with graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not required).
