Responsibilities
- Supports the Marketing director and team in the development and implementation of the firm’s brand strategy and communications to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Supports the innovation and development of social media marketing calendar, content creation, campaigns and performance metrics.
- Develop a digital strategy that artfully conveys our brand and company culture to our targeted market
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develops and embraces an understanding of the firm’s culture.
- Develops and applies technical skills both on the job and through formal learning channels.
- Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure messaging meets brand, marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with designers to develop marketing collateral for internal and external clients.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external promotional presentations.
- Participates in firm wide initiatives – recruitment, marketing etc.
- Communication preparation and deliverables for assigned special projects.
- Manage all branded supplies, distribute and update to remain consistent across the firm and up to date with current trends
- Assist and support campus recruiting.

- Working toward Degree Qualification.
- Developing technical knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Team player with a positive – ‘can do’ approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- A general understanding of market trends including opportunities, global and local business initiatives.
