Key Success Factors

  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
  • Meeting assignment objectives (timeframes, budgets, outcomes).


  • Supports the Marketing director and team in the development and implementation of the firm’s brand strategy and communications to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Supports the innovation and development of social media marketing calendar, content creation, campaigns and performance metrics.
  • Develop a digital strategy that artfully conveys our brand and company culture to our targeted market
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develops and embraces an understanding of the firm’s culture.
  • Develops and applies technical skills both on the job and through formal learning channels.
  • Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure messaging meets brand, marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop marketing collateral for internal and external clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external promotional presentations.
  • Participates in firm wide initiatives – recruitment, marketing etc.
  • Communication preparation and deliverables for assigned special projects.
  • Manage all branded supplies, distribute and update to remain consistent across the firm and up to date with current trends
  • Assist and support campus recruiting.
