Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce all Company policies governing operation of the Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Conveyance and Inventory Control.
  • Exhibit dynamic leadership skills to develop and motivate employees through effective and consistent communication.
  • Maintain workforce scheduling to hit daily demand requirements while minimizing operational costs.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and efficient working environment for the Material Handling and Control functions.
  • Maintain order processing performance consistent with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Manage all activities within budgetary guidelines.
  • Support the inventory control functions as it relates to ongoing cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure high unit integrity and timely adjustments.
  • Work with department heads to develop/alter polices and procedures to high work standards. Utilize Lean Six Sigma applications to drive continuous improvement.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required, Comparable experience may be considered
  • 1-3 Years supervisory experience in a warehouse or Manufacturing environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive fork truck with proper certification and lift 70lbs when necessary.
  • Working with competence and on computers including barcode scanning, mainframe ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • An ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
