Office of Admission AOS Sabre Fellow

Position Purpose:  The Office of Admission AOS Sabre Fellow serves a one-year appointment and will report to the Director of Adult and Online Admission.

The Adult and Online Admission Sabre Fellow supports the learning experience of Marian University students by overseeing and managing AOS inquiries, and applicants through the admitted stage of the admission funnel.

Essential Functions:

  1. Oversees and manages a specific AOS program territory. Works with assigned inquiries and applicants from the beginning of the recruitment cycle through admission.
  2. Follows the prescribed 90-day communication sequence for AOS inquiries and applicants.
  3. Effectively communicates Marian University’s educational benefits and opportunities to potential students from initial inquiry to time of enrollment.
  4. Manages student data in CRM for integrity. Maintains confidentiality and security of all information and records.
  5. Regional travel: Travels to and facilitates recruitment events. Promotes Marian University AOS academic program to event participants
  6. Manages visits and community and technical colleges, college fairs, businesses, and other venues based on past data for the purpose of recruiting students.
  7. Communicates and collaborates effectively with enrollment management, adult and online studies, adult and online admission, financial aid, marketing and communication, and departments across campus to meet enrollment goals.


Education, Experience and Skills Required:


Education:  

  1. Marian University graduate


Experience: 

  1. Ability to multitask and to work independently with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  2. Desire to work in a collaborative manner in the Office of Admission to positively impact enrollment and student experience at Marian University
  3. Knowledge of the Admission Process and the software used within the office


Skills:

  1. Analytical yet creative mind
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills; interest in working with a diverse student population
