Northcentral Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our
exceptional team. As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include maintaining effective
communication with owners and subcontractors, leading estimating efforts, and managing project
budgets and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
Based in Fond du Lac, WI, Northcentral Construction is a reputable General Contractor that places

We expect our Project Managers to demonstrate excellent communication skills and successfully
initiate and maintain productive relationships with owners and subcontractors. You will also have
the opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities by providing guidance to on-site management,
representing the company in project-specific and strategy meetings, and ensuring projects are
completed to specification. Attention to detail and thoroughness are crucial as you will be
responsible for procuring and vetting subcontractor bids, interpreting plans and contract terms, and
coordinating project schedules with Site Managers to maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will be
an integral part of managing project finances and contracts, including submitting change orders,
reviewing and approving invoicing and associated paperwork, and representing the company at
monthly draw meetings. Monitoring project progress, updating schedules, and ensuring customer
and architect satisfaction through completion are also essential responsibilities.

To be considered for this position, a minimum of five years of construction management experience
