In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, supervision, and deployment of our Client Service staff, ensuring that our team delivers the highest level of service and expertise to our valued clients.
The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, supervision, and deployment of our Client Service staff, ensuring that our team delivers the highest level of service and expertise to our valued clients.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Provide leadership and continuous support to Client Service staff, embodying and communicating M3 Vision, Strategies, Values, and Goals.
- Assist staff in developing, deploying, and monitoring individual career plans to ensure professional growth.
- Coach staff to build and maintain successful relationships with Client Executives and Carriers.
- Manage the recruitment and retention of client service staff, ensuring a high-caliber team.
- Oversee consistency and compliance in workflow and procedures to ensure professionalism and technical expertise.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide continuous feedback to maintain high professionalism and skill levels.
- Assess and recommend staff compensation based on performance and market conditions.
- Analyze and manage department expenditures to conform to budget requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of the M3 Client Service model.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business (B.B.A.) or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of five years in related management, supervisory, and insurance industry experience preferred.
- Possession of an advanced degree or recognized insurance designation is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and develop staff, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
