General Accountabilities in this Role:
- Receive, sort, inspect and test returned parts/products to determine issues with the items received.
- Determine item disposition and record all information in appropriate format.
- Support the quality team throughout the company in various functions as requested.
- Proactively recommend improved processes across the facility based upon findings of returned items.
- Communicate with vendors as directed.
Summary Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience with or knowledge of FDA regulated industries is a plus.
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively solve problems, using judgment consistent with
- standards, practices, and company capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel and able to learn other software packages easily.
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
