About the Role:
As a Regional Supported Living Float Staff, you’ll support our expanding services from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. You will assist with personal care, medical needs, relationship building, and financial management to help clients live their best lives.

What We Offer:
· Competitive Pay: $19/hour
· Sign-On Bonus: $250
· Company Vehicle: Use for all work-related travel, parked at home (for work purposes only).
· Paid Travel Time: Compensation for travel to and from work locations.
· Work-Life Balance: Three consecutive days off (Saturday to Monday) every other weekend.

Position Details
- Title: Regional Supported Living Float Staff
- Earn $19.00/hour
- Earn $250 sign-on bonus
- The Regional Supported Living Staff reports to the Division Manager
- Benefits available to Full Time employees, details here
- Located at participants homes between Green Bay and Fond du Lac, WI. – this position will travel regularly between the two communities to provide support.
- Company car will be provided and mileage reimbursed
Position Requirements
- Solid direct support experience preferred
- A WI Drivers license, an acceptable driving record, access to a vehicle in good working condition and appropriate insurance is required. Driver Eligibility Requirements outlined here
