As a Risk Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to support the Risk department’s day-to-day operations. The Risk Assistant will assist with claims handling and investigation. Set up new claims, prepare required letters, and ensure claim information is accurately entered into the claims processing system. The Risk Assistant must have strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting, showcasing a high level of accuracy along with organizational skills. Critical for success are strong communication skills and the ability to provide customer service and maintain open communication with internal and external customers.

WHAT IT TAKES:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years of related office experience
- Insurance experience welcomed
- Associate’s Degree (desired)
