We are seeking a highly skilled and Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. As a Robotic Welder Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and construction projects, ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products. You will be responsible for various tasks, including the assembly, maintenance, and operation of the 13-foot robotic arm.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal
- segments
- Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet standards and specifications
- Perform root cause analysis on welding defects and implement corrective
- actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for welding projects
- Experience with YASKAWA welding robot and DX200 Controller System or similar welding equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance of welding machinery
- Ability to read schematics for welding layouts
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of tooling applications in welding processes

Education and Experience
