St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) is seeking a full-time School Counselor for Grades PK-4. The School Counselor is responsible for providing a comprehensive competency-based counseling program focused on the learning, social emotional and vocational needs of all students. The School Counselor recognizes, supports and promotes the mission of SMSA and upholds the ethical and professional standards of the American School Counseling Association (ASCA) and other applicable professional counseling associations.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess a master’s degree in School Counseling and hold a current WI DPI certification in School Counseling (7054). The candidate must also be a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues. Experience counseling children and youth in a school setting and a faith- and values-based Catholic educator is preferred.
