Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Control Representative to serve Society’s policyholders. The ideal candidate would reside within one of the following Wisconsin territories: Fox Valley/Green Bay; Madison; Milwaukee. 

About the Role

  • Provides risk control surveys to customers, investigates exposure, analyzes risk, and assists insureds.
  • Consults with clients on ways to control hazards to reduce and prevent losses.
  • Conducts research for underwriting or insureds on class of business, operations, exposures, etc. 
  • Creates and assists with implementation of objective-based service plans.
  • Markets risk control services to prospective customers, insureds, and agents.
  • Provides mentoring to new employees through ride-alongs and on-the-job training.
  • Develops, plans, and presents risk control education programs.
  • Develops sophisticated risk improvement plans designed to mitigate/eliminate exposures to loss.
  • Uses technology resources to write technically detailed reports. 

About You

What it Will Take

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Safety/Health, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in risk control, risk management, occupational safety, fire protection, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty lines of coverage.
  • Advanced Insurance Designations (ASP, CSP, ARM, etc.). 
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
