How you will contribute:

This is a great opportunity to perfect your multi-tasking and organizing skills by providing administrative support to the Tools and Equipment Department. The position will include but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Tool Management and tracking
  • Data collection for monthly reporting
  • Review monthly field and shop purchases
  • Data entry of daily tool order requests
  • Data entry of building maintenance requests
  • Allocate credit card transactions
  • Issue Purchase OrdersĀ upon request
  • Communication with district offices and field personnel
  • Crosstrain with other Shop Administrative Assistants

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will help make the most of your Associate Degree in an administrative program. One to three years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Being self-sufficient by providing exceptional customer service will be essential. Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Making decisions independently, having in-depth problem-solving skills and good time management skills will all be necessary in this position.
