Overview
The Supply Chain Intern will be a part of the Materials and Procurement Departments. This intern will be responsible for providing specific project support throughout the plant. This internship is planned to start in Spring 2024 (flexible around class schedules) and go through Summer 2024. This internship will take place in Ripon, WI.
Responsibilities
- Packaging: helping the Commodity team with sourcing and benchmarking packaging/cartons
- Supply Chain Analyst/Procurement Admin: helping to support Procurement and Supply Chain teams with upcoming projects and reports
- Buyer and Indirect/MRO Buyer: helping the Buying team with the purchase of raw material and indirect materials
Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Materials, or Business Administration (preferred) OR Engineering or Packaging
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Experience using SAP is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting
