Position Details
- $250 Sign-On Bonus
- Job Title: Supported Living Staff
- Part time staff earn $16.00/hour
- Full Time staff earn $17.00/hour
- Part Time & Full Time opportunities. Shifts available include evenings & weekends. Schedule is determined at the 2nd interview.
- The Supported Living Staff reports to the Community Support Manager, and the Division Manager
- Openings located in the communities of Madison, Stoughton, Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, WI – with local travel.

Position Requirements
- Previous experience not required – we provide extensive paid training!
- Desirable candidates can work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive & great team members!
- Must be willing to learn how to support others in their daily lives, including providing hands-on support & personal cares
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Must have an acceptable background
- A WI Drivers License, an acceptable driving record, is required.
- Access to a vehicle in good working condition and proof of appropriate level of insurance preferred.
- All employees are required to proficiently read, speak, and understand English
