Position Details

  • $250 Sign-On Bonus
  • Job Title: Supported Living Staff
  • Part time staff earn $16.00/hour
  • Full Time staff earn $17.00/hour
  • Casual staff earn $15.00/hour (Casual staff don’t have a base schedule, with the flexibility to pick up shifts when they’re free!)
  • Shifts available include evenings & weekends. Schedule is determined at the 2nd interview.
  • The Supported Living Staff reports to the Community Support Manager, and the Division Manager
  • Openings located in the community of Fond du Lac, WI – with local travel.

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience not required – we provide extensive paid training!
  • Desirable candidatescan work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive & great team members!
  • Must be willing to learn how to support others in their daily lives, including providing hands-on support & personal cares
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must have an acceptable background
  • A WI Drivers License, an acceptable driving record, is required.
  • Access to a vehicle in good working condition and proof of appropriate level of insurance preferred.
  • All employees are required to proficiently read, speak, and understand English
